Dismantling of temporary cooling system

The challenge

The customer had a temporary cooling system where the agreement had expired and the system had to be dismantled. The dismantling included a heat exchanger from a chiller, an IBC tank, a pump and associated hoses. It was important to ensure that all glycol was handled properly and that the dismantling was carried out without leaks or damage to existing installations.

Solution

We started by pumping all the glycol back into the IBC tank to ensure safe and environmentally friendly handling of the liquid. The heat exchanger, pump and hose system were then safely disconnected and dismantled. All components were cleared away and prepared for disposal in accordance with applicable regulations.

The result

The dismantling was carried out efficiently and without leaks. The customer received a clean and clear area for further use, and all dismantled units were handled and disposed of properly.
